Lets not be to hasty! These would be the made overseas and sold in larger
chain stores everywhere kind of quilts, not one of a kind, made with the
heart kind.
Everything Ok now? Heart rate back to normal?
Good.. whew..
Diana... still thinking about how she narrowly missed getting her head
lopped off recently and not about to put her head on the chopping block
willingly anytime soon

Or anytime soon.. maybe never! Tho, the way the perfume rant thread is going
it could become appropriate at any moment.

We'd need the help of the local vampire community to suck the blood
out...

Do you have a quilt on your bed? Did you make it? What does it look like?
Why did you decide on that? Will LN really finish her own quilt?

Mim, I too know the love of a fabulous husband, as you know, and that quilt
will always remind you of the happy times in your lives together.

The quilt on my bed is the one I made for Our bed when Ed & I were first
married in 1980. It is a TATW and has fabrics that his mother gave me,

ones
he pulled from my stash and the rest for complimentary colors. It is

faded
in many places because when he was so ill, he sat on a couch in front of
sunny windows, wrapped up in it , and enjoyed the warmth.

He's been gone now for 10 years and I still love the sentiment that goes
with my quilt. He truly made me feel like a queen, thought everything I

did
was wonderful, and was so proud to watch every quilting project evolve.

How
lucky could I get??

I wish that every couple could be as happy and in love as we were.

Not at the moment. Eventually I'll need to make one for DB and I. But
when I lived alone I had a pink, blue and white Double Irish Chain on my
bed. It had a huge pucker in the center, but I loved it anyway since it
was the 3rd quilt and 1st bed-sized quilt I'd ever made.
