I'm Brenda A. I live in Omaha, NE with one QI. I started hand embroidery when I was very young, sewed all of my clothes as a teen, right up until I got a full-time job and could afford to have "store-bought" clothes. I stopped sewing for a few years, except for the occasional project, alteration, or repair. I took up quilting about 5 years ago. I love piecing, and quilting by machine. I'm also doing more machine embroidery.
I've been lurking in this group off and on for awhile and thought this was the perfect opportunity to say "hi".

He was with me at the show. I introduced him to Wendy and Rusty as my pool
boy.

I guess I'll join in right here!!!!

I am Tricia. My posts show up as A&T.

And may I say that it was great to meet you at the show, Tricia?

For the past 14 1/2 years, I have been married to the most wonderful,
gorgeous creature on earth, Anthony, who completely supports my fabric
habit. (just bought me $70 worth of fat quarters in Kansas and Colorado

when
we visited my son for Christmas!) And bought me a Grace frame for

Christmas
last year. He loves looking at all the gadgets made for quilters and

reads
my guild newsletter before I do.

And where were you hiding this hunky dream of a DH in November, hmmm?

Sandy:
HA! You must have been overcome by the fabric vapors!
Tricia and her husband were at the lunch bunch on the
same day you were there. I know because I talked to
them and to you! It was great to meet them, and all the
RCTQ inmates.

Hello Barbara!
I'm on the Peninsula; where are you? I'll be at the
MAQF in Hampton next month. Will you be there? If you
prefer to answer directly to my Palace, instead of the
list, please do so. Always glad to meet another
Virginia quilt maker!

Hi Bren-- Fancy meeting you here. Unlike the other group, this one does not
use HTML.
