Not only am I a Monk fan, but so is my DT (twin sister) who lives in
France. They get the shows later than we do by weeks or months. She was
such a fan of the show that I ended up taping the second season for her
this summer and shipping off the videos so she could watch them early!

BTW, I also love (and forgot to mention) Keeping Up Appearances and As
Time Goes By.

But since I was the best in math in the department (aka
the biggest geek), I also got to do all the QDRO's. What fun -- knowing

your
work is going to be scrutinized by two attorneys who don't understand
arithmetic, let alone higher math.

Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I am dealing with the DRO from hell. Will be thrilled
when it's Q'd! Not only do Attorneys not understand math, they have no
concept of "This is not correct, please try again!". I tell them their LA
did it wrong and they say, "But _I_ did it!". Well then, you're STOOOPID!
snort
Cindy (DD is going to be a lawyer, mainly cause she was so lousy in math)

Hi Larissa,
Did you enjoy living in Panama? My DH was in the service
and we lived in Panama City, Vista Hermosa section, for 2
years in the 60's. I'm sure quite a lot has changed there
since then.
We made quite a few friends and still keep in touch with
some even after all this time.

While googling trying to learn more about our Mesue (wish I had a chance to
get to know her), I came across a thread from 2000 in which RCTQ'ers
introduced themselves in detail. I've come on board since then (September of
'02), and I'm sure many others have too. Might be worth doing again for the
sake of those who are a bit newer. I'll go first, in the hope that some of
you will follow suit.
