Baby quilt happy dance

We heard not so long ago that friends of ours who live in Switzerland have had a baby girl. Of course my first thought was that she absolutely needed a quilt. Finished it last night and took some pics this morning, ably assisted by my Quilt Model son Rory, who thinks that it looks good as a skirt.... Never would normally think of putting pink and green together, but I think it has worked rather well. http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/cra...bum?.dir=/e260 Morag What a happy quilt! What a gorgeous handsome red-haired little guy. Please pack him up and ship
him to us. We will spoil him shamelessly and teach him some fun stuff. Snuggle that fellow for me. Nice quilt, and what a handsome model! What a cutie! Thank you for
sharing. She will love it, hoping of course that you can take it away from Rory! lol -- Carole Champlain, NY http://photos.yahoo.com/ceridwen_rhea Fine style does not make something true, nor has a man a wise soul because he has a handsome face and well-chosen eloquence. You are welcome to him - he exhausted his cuteness by 9am this morning and
has spent the rest of the day whining because it's too wet and cold to play outside, and tormenting his baby sister. The joys of toddlers. Of course, I like pink a *lot*. G Your baby quilt is really pretty -- I love the way you fussy cut those roses.
