Default OT-missing son update

Figured I'd better check in, besides just lurking in the background.
Just want to thank all of you for the prayers, good thoughts and well
wishes. I really can't understand why my son hasn't been found, unless, as
the detective in charge of the case says, perhaps he doesn't want to be
found. There have been no sightings for some time now.
They (my son and daughter-in-law) have had many problems in their life.
Yet, if it is true that he had been seen and spoken to at one point, the
person in question was talking a bit "off center". I just hope nothing
untoward has happened to him. I just wish he would realize that his mother
cares and needs to know he is OK, even if he is "in hiding".
I have gone to my Dr due to other family stresses going on for me as
well, and she, believe it or not, has added my son and my family to a number
of prayer chains that she is involved with. Never had a Dr relay any kind
of belief in prayer before. That is so uplifting also. She, too, is a
blessing for me. Just wish we could get my body functioning properly again.
Thanks again, everyone, you are all so special. It is so unbelievable
that so many care that don't even know me. All are truly a blessing. Can't
thank everyone enough.
God bless,
Marlys in Indiana

Still hoping for a good outcome. Also keeping good thoughts that you and
your doctor get your health back under control. Stress really does knock
you "right of of whack."

I don't post much, but I have been thinking of you. In fact, I checked the
website just yesterday.

My heart goes out to you, and my hopes that you find your son soon.

Thanks for the update Marlys. I keep checking the newspapers.
I'll keep hoping he surfaces. My mom's best friend had a daughter
disappear years ago. Different situation but she called and was
fine some years later. Don't give up hope but please take care.
Hugs, TAria

I'm still hoping for a good out come Marlys. I think of you often. You
are lucky to have a doctor who cares.

Thanks for letting us know Marlys. I think of your situation often.
I'm sorry there is nothing positive yet to report. I really do hope you
get definite news of him before too much longer.

Marlys, we are all in it for the long haul with you. When your son is
found, which I believe will happen, we'll be right there beside you - doing
the happy dance!
