Default Microwave pot holders & 'Hi again'

Hi Group!
Been away from quilting and the Group for almost 5 months! Now I'm back and
starting to think of some small project to get into the swing of things (&
maybe start some Christmas gifts). Does anyone know if there's a pattern
available (free preferably) for the microwave potholders that seem to be at
all the craft fairs?
Thanks in advance,
Rose
