Houston-Conroe-Spring-Woodlands quilt shops?
We'll be in the Houston area on Saturday. Anyone got a favorite quilt
shop in the area? I'm more interested in fabric than gizmos, patterns, or machines... Thanks, Monique in TX |

Thanks, Monique in TX The Hen House on Louetta Road, between Stuebner-Airline and Kuykendahl, right next door to Strack Farms Restaurant; they have a good selection of fabrics and, if you knot too, yarns. |

Thanks to those who suggested the Hen House. That is a very different
sort of quilt store. Some lovely striped and plaid flannel in muted colors followed me home. Goes with nothing I currently have. It wants to be a snuggly Christmas quilt with pieced blocks alternating with embroidered squares. Why on earth I think I need another project, I do not know, but there you are. Monique in tX |
