There's MORE....... Progress report OT was-- SOOZ'S MOM IN ICU NEEDS PRAYERS

Kathy -- it was the same way for her. Previous dogs of the same breed
(chihuahua, don't yell at me I still can't spell it) lived until the age of 17
but Colby died at 9. The only blessing is that the new house is much smaller,
and they have four dogs and two cats, now three dogs and two furballs. We are
still working on finding loving homes for a few of the others so that it can be
manageable again. Carol's heart was truly broken -- it is why I stayed another
month. I really feel for you, and Sophie. My dog died at the age of 14, and I
never replaced her.

I have made a vow that LB is my last dog. He has a heart
condition and when he goes, that's it. I can't afford them and
it's too hard when they pass. Cats are easier. And they tend
to live longer. Kisses died at 19 1/2. My oldest cat is 15 and
other than a little gray in the fur on her back, you would never
know. They also require far less care. It's time to make my
life easier on me. I wish I could be young and healthy again....
