I recently got a lead cutter from DTI that uses a single edge razor blade as
the cutter. It works like a guillotine, has an adjustable fence to set to
your required angle, and a stop to make identical pieces. I've only tested
it on a couple of things, but it cut the lead at up to a 60* angle with no
deforming.
