Default grinding glass

Hi,

I get some really gross looking edges when I grind certain glass. it looks
like cardboard. for instance Spectrum blue waterglass .

I have tried going over with a very fine diamond grinder..still looks
crap..what is the problem??

do I need to get a polishing disk???

More water on the bit. Don't push so hard, let the bit do the work. Is the
bit "new"?, use an older, duller bit. And "some" glass just chips, no
matter what you do. Don't try to hog off too much glass at a time.....and
if you have to grind a lot, work on your cutting techniques.
