Default fabric labeling requirements

I'm creating a small kit that includes a lined cotton pouch to hold
two other items made of fabric, also. Do I need to add a fabric label
to each of the items, or only the pouch?

Thanks.

I'd add them to everything just to be sure, if these are sale items.

Gabrielle, if you are making these items to sell, best to check
gov.'t requirements before investing in labels.
I recommend looking in Barbara Brabec's 2 book series, "Homemade
Money". Everything you need to know about sewing for profit. An
invaluable resource for a crafter's home library.
