Really Elizabeth aren`t you just tired of it,,,, for God`s sake can`t
you grow up and stop behaving like a little girl ,, sticking her

There comes a point , when it isn`t even funny anymore.
you insist that you only answer back when i speak unkind ,,,,ok ??? if
that is what you preffer to believe ,, stick to your believes ,,,
We are boith not going to cahnge our attidtude ,,,, as to your
insistance that you p[ost about Needlework as well ???? please NOTIFY
me personally when it happens , since i have no filters i haven` t
seen any ....and i wonder why ,, so maybe my server didn`t see it so
please tell me when it happens.

When was the last time you had anything positive to say about anybody else's
work? You brag about your own, but how often do you give anybody else a
compliment on theirs?

It is not what I believe. It is what I have been doing this last week,
very carefully. If you are annoyed by my creativity posts, perhaps you
should take the time to consider what they follow up to.

No, Mirjam, I won't. I don't post for you, I post for me. I have
posted on needlework subjects even though you insist that I haven't.
But google is available to you if you really cared to see. And if you
get all posts, as you insist, then you would have noticed that I
participated in a discussion of Hardanger in April and have recently
discussed who is stitching what on the Firehouse Angel.

But I don't need to prove to you that I post on topic. Once when you
challenged me on this, I showed you what I had posted and you dismissed
it. So no, I won't notify you when I post on topic. You'll just have
to wait and see.

I have given many a person praise ,, ask in other places ,, people
here indulge in criticism ,so what shhould i praise their impolite
remarks ,,,,
As you might have noticed that when i see a site of work i like i do
praise it ,,i am very impressed with Mrs PP work , she mamde an
excellent job of catching the authmosphere of the Buildings she
transffered into embroidery ,,
Show me you work , and if i like it i will tell you so ,,,

I don`t think people should brag , but there is also the other way
around , there are people here who make Dances with every canvass the
finnish , and i don`t grudge them this hapiness of a achieving
something , and being happy about finishing it !!! did you ever say to
them they Brag ,,,, when you had this ` who am i ` subject and mrs PP
challenged me to do it i could easily put in my cv , but thought it wa
not the place . Yes i think that i can be proud of my achievements
just like anybody else. I work hard , didn`t get anything for my smile
or heritage , i did a lot in spite of many obstacles .. should i hide
it all .. ???

One of the wonderful things about being an artist , is that one can
Look at another Creative person`s art or carft and learn about that
person, more details than that person shows in his/her speech or
writing,
From time to time i look at web pages that people give or advertise.
Besides having the joy and fillmy curiousity about other Cultural and
personal expressions, it also tellsme more about thee people i write
with. in this `looking` i use my Artist`s eye as well as my Curator`s
experience.
questions raised
1. do i like it? if yes why and what ? if no why and what?
2. Would i exhibit it ? why yes ? why not ?
3 is it original ? does it portray a new conception about an old
theme?
4. Does It have `Artistic` value ? [ why yes ? why Not?]
5 what does it tell me about the person? personality? background ?
6 Does it have another interest besides exhibition? maybe as an
illustration to a book or some other publication? [ post cards
Calenadar , printing on other materials / textiles etc...] .

Thus when i come to other creations i can use all these criterion, and
give my opinion .

Alas sometimes when i am asked to do it ,I find that i can`t say that
it is Good and worth for exhibiting or even commmercial use , Do you
think i offend that person ? no i don`t , i will find a way to point
out the better parts. maybe talk and ask why said person doesn`t work
more on this or that part of their creative sides.

the one `sensitive ` part about it is the `knowledge` one gains about
the personality Behind the art. Thus if i am in commitee and have to
judge wether the art is good for exhibtion or not ,,, i overlook the
personal `knowledge` and use my understanding to that matter only. i
am their to accept or no accept the artwork , not the person ,,, but
in other parts of life , in meeting a person , on personal level ,,
this can explain behaviours. But i never ever tell a person "listen i
hated your art , listen your art shows that .."
