Wendy, I know how you feel! Some years back I herniated a disk in my
neck and wasn't allowed to quilt for months! It was torment. I hope
you'll be feeling lots better very soon.

MOVE OVER!!!!!!! You have room on the 'no dance couch' for me? : ) Got
'shotted' in both feet yesterday--I can FEEL my toes for the first time in
ages : ) But I have to STAY OFF them for 24 hours, then start walking real
slow for a week--but I can tell the diff already, YAY! Hope you can
too....so I just do Happy Happy 's in my chair ; ) Been a busy morning of
dancing, that is GOOD!

Time to get the mags, books, sketch tab, etc and start the planning on the
next 10, 20, or 30 quilts : BTDT more than once. In the meantime....do NOT
rush getting well, cause the payback is worse than the first pain......let
it heal proper the first go round and do NOT expect miracles (like healing
in a couple of weeks) --takes time to heal 'deep injuries' as most B/S/A
injuries are 'want to be'.

Taught a class yesterday and was on my feet too much. But it was a
great class and everyone finished at least the centers of their tops,
most put on the resting border and started the outer border.
(Oh........ the class was on Convergence Quilts, from the book by Ricky
Tims.)
But my feet are still swollen..........
