Default Glass fired glaze questions.

I have a small electric kiln that'll go to 1000c, and I'd like to
use it to fire small transparent coloured designs onto small bits of
soda-lime glass (10cm*10cm*6mm - 15cm*15cm*6mm or so.)

Can anyone point me to a (ideally UK) supplier of a variety of
colours of glaze?
Or some appropriate reading that I should do.

Thanks.
