But you know 'you never used them'!

I was presented with a new scanner programme which was 'much better'
than the one I knew every inch of and which was sent off the
cyberspace. Neither of us can work the new one properly!

I know just how you feel! Been there done that.

It must be a male thing 'cos DS who works in computers and knows
everything about them there is to know, is exactly the same. He set
me up with a Web site for Christmas, showed me how to fill it, and
left me with a very fat book 'Computer Web Pages for Dummies'.
Unfortunately my computer knowledge absorbtion isn't on a level with
his - Site is still empty!

No measurements, they're just grab a tin of condensed soup
and throw some other stuff at it, mix it together and cook
type recipes. I also do quite a few variations on one.
