Thanks Roberta. That's what I was afraid of, but have been upstairs all
evening and made and appliquéd just 3 of them. It looks kind of OK. I wish I
had thought of socks that would have related to the tiny feet. I am piecing
the back and will then post.Don't know why I am worrying , it is only for a
baby and sure he wont mind.Lol.

Without seeing the other replies, I like the sheep. Very cute! But IMO
it almost makes the chain disappear. You need something a little
smaller. Maybe socks?

I have pieced an Irish Chain Baby Quilt in Batiks. Its the first 2
pictures
in the album. I wanted to applique a sheep in the "blank" squares. I have
placed 1 in the second picture. Do you think that it will be too busy, or
appropiate, as the BG has feet batik. your opinions as usual would be
appreciated. TIA

Estelle,

It's a delightful quilt--sheep or no sheep. The baby feet on the fabric
are soooo cute. I'm sure your sheep will be fabulous.

Best regards,

Love it and the baby feet! But I like all that you have posted up
there. My other favorite on that page is your dragonfly.
Keep up the good work.
