Bead Seconds

I was reading the thread about Fire mountain. Most were unhappy. I use
delicas and Japanese Size 11 Seed beads and was wondering if these type of
beads were ok or were they like seconds?

The Japanese beads have a reputation for high quality and great uniformity.

paid dearly in cussing, stuck beads, and broken needles when she didn't

What is the Fire Mountain thread called? I tried to find it on my own
but I am woefully inept at this.

Nevermind -- I put FM in the search that Google wonderfully puts at the
top of the page and had a blast. The religious discussion was my
favorite!!!

Personally, I'd spend my seed bead money at Wimbeads/Out on a Whim,
Beki's store. (Not Becki's store)

That was a typo -- it's WHIMBEADS, not Wimbeads.......

I'm new to this forum, but this caught my eye.

Everytime I order from Fire Mountain I am surprised at how *GREAT*
their service is. Everyone I know who does bead work praises them.

Kat -- it's not about their service. It's about their morals. Despite
the fact that they support missing children, I will never order from
them. Ever.

Exactly my point as well. And, though I've heard this from Becki, she
wasn't the first person who told me about FMG's unethical practices.

I don't buy from places or people I know to be lacking in ethics and/or
morals. I'm funny that way. I buy dolphin-safe tuna, I don't buy
Kathy Lee Gifford K-Mart clothing, you know -- that kind of crazy, wild
thinking. I must be a nut!
