It's gratifying to know I'm still a youngster.

36, first quilt made around the age of 9. Only did it occassionally for
a long time, serious about it about 4 years now.

Nah, just means given the choice between making bobin lace, doing
dishes, making a fresh batch of mead or something else, I'd rather quilt.

I collect privy ephemera. How serious can I be?

Are you kidding? Last weekend at our quilt workshop, one of the women had a
pet screen purse made out of red hat fabric. I told her I didn't think she
was old enough for that, and demanded to see some ID.
