Looking for "House Rules" Cross-stitch pattern

Hi Everyone,

I have been looking for a pattern known as House Rules which has teddy bears
on it with various sayings ie if it rings answer it, if you sleep in it,
make it etc. I have just found out that it is now out of print and will not
be available anymore.

Would anyone know where I could find a copy online or elsewhere.

Hi Renae,

I have this kit. Funnily enough, I was just thinking about it today.

It's a Design Works kit (no.9435). I probably got it from The Fox
Collection. Try looking them up on Google because I don't know their site
off hand, but I know they have one. Admittedly, I've had it for a while so
they might not stock it anymore. Still, the kit number may help you in your
search.
