Impossible to name one company, but some of my favorites include:
Keyhole Arts
Lasting Impressions
MaVinci's Reliquary
Leavenworth Jackson
Change of Pace
Above the Mark
Viva Las VegaStamps
Toy Box

Favorite type(s): Old-fashioned engravings, women's faces and figures,
artistic, bizarre, celestial images (moon, sun, stars, etc.), ethnic
images, quirky alphabets, etc. I like stamps that work well in collage and
multi-media projects, although I don't really care for "collage stamps"
where all the images are put together for me.

I don't much use cartoony, cute or, um, sweet images.

Thank you Pat.

That would explain why Magenta and Hero Arts did not show up on your list.

I'm a beginner stamper (just over a year) and I can't help the need to
stamp, emboss and colour EVERYTHING I do. My wife (who runs the store
attached to my signature), and everyone on her web-site community have been
trying to find other things for me to do that I would find as exciting.
Unfortunately, I don't get much time to play and when I do, I want to relax
and do something I enjoy.

That is why I took a liking to the large Magenta stamps and to Inkadinkado.

What does everyone else think?

Hi,
Absolute favorite, hands down, A Stamp in the Hand. I am just
enthralled with thier technique with markers on glossy paper and I could
not live without their background word stamp! Other favorites, beautiful
stamps: Oxford Impressions, Penny Black (see her new Christmas stamps -
great for the Stamp in the Hand thing), the Anna Griffin stamps,
Stampland, Ma Vinci, Above the Mark, Stamp Camp, Denami and Magenta.
Sure there are more - I can't resist a beautiful stamp.
Favorite type: Flowers, wonderful words and phrases, alphabets, portrait
stamps and a little bit of everything else.

Yup. Both companies make very nice stamps, but (mostly) not in my style,
although I do have a few of each. And I don't usually color my images.

Great that there are so many different stamp companies and styles out
there, isn't it?

Oxford Impressions - those are the unmounted, right?

We have a ton of those both in stock and that we have purchased but I have
yet to use them. I understand that they are quite easy to use and a great
value. I will have to try those some time in the very near future.

What does anyone else think about unmounteds?

I buy them often, both because they're economical and because some of my
favorite stamp makers sell their images only unmounted.

Love them they cost less, take up less space to store......easier to tell my
hubby.....oh no I've had them for awhile. But I still buy what catches my
eye whatever company mounted or not.

It all started with just one stamp..........
