Very good comeback on the beg, Connie. I'd say you are no rookie begger,
but Ragmop must have the final decision on that!

Default ACUPUNCTURE

I am getting acupuncture treatments and nutrition advice, plus far infrared
sauna treatments. My body is responding like a dream. I am taking 1/4 of
one medication already, and 3/4 of another, don't need coffee anymore, don't
ever need a glass of wine to relax and sleep at night, not ever. I've only
been going about a month! This is really wonderful!

The first thing he insists upon is that a person should not be having any
coffee, alcohol, chocolate, or soda. These things interfere with your
body's electrical system and mess up a number of things inside you. The
toughest for me was coffee, I drink it every day and need it. He said it's
fine to take it slow, he's very understanding and very gentle in his ways.
We're getting along great, and honestly, I don't even want the coffee now,
or need it, because of all the changes he's getting with the treatments. I
don't miss it at all! In a couple week I will find out specifically how I
should be supplementing my diet based on a hair analysis. He also
supplements based on organ weaknesses that he has tested me for. It's all
quite amazing and wonderful!

oops, how did intake become intact and i dont use the
spellcheck, oh well.
i dont drink soda, rarely have any chocolate or alcohol and
coffee only a couple of cups a week if that.
i'm a tea drinker mostly.
i didnt realize it was the electrics it interfered with tho
i hadnt really stopped to think of it in those terms.
the hair analysis sounds interesting too. cant wait to hear
what comes out of that.
by supplements you meant various vitamins and minerals i
guess.
will you aim for getting those in more of your diet or
pills?
todays online research will be the bodys electrical system
and how it works.
i love learning new things that might improve my life...if i
can impliment them.
i think we eat pretty good here but sometimes i wonder if we
really do...could we make more of an effort to improve our
intake.
maybe this willl help me too.
waiting in the south pacific,
j.

I will be supplementing my lack with food, and with pills containing
vitamins and minerals, as well as with formulas containing Chinese herbs and
formulas that tell the organs to work properly. After awhile I will be able
to get off all the formulas also, just as I have been getting off the
prescription. The acupuncture retrains the electrical system to fire in a
balanced way again, the way it was intended to do, and it will tell the
organs on it's own. Fascinating stuff.

oh my, so much to learn and so little time.
taht was all new to me and totally fascinating, do keep us,
well me at least, informed on how it is all going and
changes as your body gets its act into gear.
i'm interested in all the various herbs, how to use them and
what they do.
off to google some more today to learn more of what i dont
know,
j.

Default Batiks Plus, and a question

cookieknowsbatiks had written this in response to
http://www.sewgirls.com/quilting/Bat...ion-93548-.htm :
Hi Karen, This is Cookie from Batiks Plus. We were cruising the internet
looking at what people say about us to improve our business and we came
across this. I wish you had called us when you recieved your order! Our
policy always has been and still is 40" yards! We had two new employee's
this spring - but that shouldn't be an excuse! Please contact us and
we'll make it right!

Cookie

Lovely, lovely, lovely! It's been a long dry spell, but I am ironing a
bunch of new batiks I just bought from Batiks Plus. They got here so
fast!
But all my yards are 38 inches. When did they start that? Their web
site
still proclaims to be the home of the 40 inch yard. Now, they did
throw in
some free fat quarters, and mind you I am not kicking free batik fat
quarters. Not at all. I am still delighted with this place, and will
continue to do business. I just didn't know they had changed. Someone

should tell the web site techie guy person so the change will be known.

That's all for me! Back to my happy ironing now! : )
