SEwing Expo

Is anyone planning on going to the sewing/quilting expo in Novi,
Michigan? It is sometime in early Sept. at the Novi Expo center. I
went to an expo for scrapbooking in May and it was SOOOOO much better
than I thought. I figured it would just be a bunch of venders selling
stuff that you can buy in the store, but it wasn,t. THey had lots of
"make and takes", demos, classes and lots of products that you may
never have seen before. It was well worth the long drive for me to go
there. I'm expecting the sewing/quilting expo to be just as good.

Yep, I'm in the area. I live about 1 hour north of Novi Expo. We
need to recruit some more RCTQ people to come.

This is an annual event, and yes, they are good. Same idea-classes, demos,
fashion show, and vendors. I may go up if the mood strikes. Are you in
