Here's another question -- I bought some plastic Hallowe'en
embellishments. The package said "buttons" but the
bats have neither shanks nor holes. I need some
advice on how to attach them to a needlepoint project.


How clever and creative! I can just see them in my mind! Black bats
showing through fog-gray tulle... or even the cheaper nylon net! Tacked
down with matching thread, "quilted" into sort of foggy shapes.... Eerie!
