If you're ever in Pensacola, Florida, you should check out the Fish House
restaurant: they have a dish they call "Grits-a-Ya-Ya".
It's a pile of smoked gouda cheese grits (with heavy cream, of course)
surrounded by grilled shrimp.

It's the best!
