Poor Ray. He needs to put his big-boy panties on, and deal with it.

He's
a lurker, whose first post was to complain about the group being
unwelcoming? Sheesh. I didn't know we were supposed to send lurkers
bouquets and bon-bons. If he's got something to ask or something to
suggest as a technique, hey, go for it. If he doesn't like the banter

back
and forth between folks who have been on this board for years, well,

BFD.
Buh, bye. My business won't suffer one bit.

Okay, who sells the Purina Troll Chow? I need a bag.

If you're going to troll at least get the facts straight. That wasn't my
first post, and I told you I was new to the group -- therefore, not a
lurker. I've given answered two questions to the best of my ability in
the short time I've been reading. As for this particular thread, I was
simply answering Javahut's question (Who "they" were).

I wasn't whining about myself, I was just making an observation with
fresh, newbie eyes. I've been an internet citizen for 13 years now so my
skin is well-thickened. This sort of behavior just bounces off, and I
know how to ignore it / take it in stride. I also know better than to
feed the trolls, but oh well.

Oh, excusssssseeeeeee me. I must have missed your first two sterling posts.
So you waited until your 3rd post to comment on the "behavior".

If you right click "rec.crafts.glass" in your newsreader, you can then
click on unsubscribe and everything will be just perfect in yer world, eh?

There ya go Ray, but what is with the trolls...s... plural? Is there more
than one!

and I, for one, want to make it clear, I never said Ray was whining.
JK was whining.

I said I didn't care if Ray used his kill file on me.......

Sometimes EVERYONE needs to sit back and not take this s--t so darn
seriously. Nothing that is said/posted here means the square root of s--t.
and yes, I use that word alot lately, cause that is what it is. I guess
the word nonsense should be substituted, but takes too long to spell it.

What the hell is the square root of soot?

Spend a couple weeks in alt.atheism, that will toughen you up. Sort of
like being in Detroit, only faster.

Fish on.

Do they really have 20" Walleye in the Great White North?

Detroit!! I vacation there, right off Cass Ave., how'd you know, you must
be a former local?

Fish on.

NO time, even sold the darn boat last week, I was catch more and bigger
Walleye in the Maumee River, haven't had the boat wet on the bottom in 2
years and figured somebody could use it. I can actually save money by
taking a charter!

Do they really have 20" Walleye in the Great White North? Actually, more

toward Port Clinton, OH, but the Saginaw Bay is supposed to go nuts this
year and next.

When you comin' to say hi?

"Exactly.... sad to say Java but he's right. Newbies get jumped on
here regularly."

That's whining to you Java? Man this is a tough crowd alright Ray. Even
I get jumped on by my friends for gently pointing out a few things!

What has happened to you? You have seen "jumped on" and that certainly
wasn't it, that was a small jab, a poke in the ribs, teasing. That's what
that was. You been hanging out with our Canadian buddy? You are a New
Yorker, I thought you guys were tougher than that? You need to take a
vacation in Detroit, or go play poker in Atlanta, THAT is a tough
crowd......
I know, you been smelling the fumes of your last kiln project... did you fix
it? How?

Was back for a visit and parked a rental, a nice one, on Cass Ave, going
to see a show at Alvin's. We walked about a block when my buddy said he
had to go back to get his sunglasses. It's night time, we're going to a
bar. What do you need sunglasses for? "They're prescription, the car
likely won't be here when we get out".

My boys just moved up to Traverse City. Staying on Long Lake. Claimed a
24" Walleye but I think they're full of ****.

The first chance I get. Who knows when that will be.
