To an Idahoian ?

To whoever anonymously mailed a birthday squishie to me
from a Pocatello Idaho post office:

THANK YOU ! ! ! ! ! ! ! g

No return snail address. I could only read a few letters
of the cancellation stamp: "POCA - - - - 832" This clue,
with the help of a ZIP Code search map only solved one
part of this birthday mystery; I fear the perpetrator will
forever elude me as nobody in the r.c.t.q. Registry or on
the Frapper map admits to living in or near Pocatello!!!!!!!!

So whoever you are, thank you again, your thoughtfullness
is truly appreciated (not to mention the yummy fabric!)
