Melinda, what I've found is not a "proper" mechanical pencil at all. We are
talking cheap, flimsy plastic pencils that might not make it through filling one with lead. Since they come three in a pack, maybe they'll make it through a project. And I'm a bit concerned about blue drawing leads that might be for drafting. Best way to tell would be to mark something white or very light and give it a bleeding / smearing test. Easy enough. I was such a dismal failure with a soft, thick lead pencil that needed sharpening after every dot. Wish I knew something about Oz equivalents. Just bound to be one for you. They are the only things that work for me. I've got proper blue drawing leads for a mechanical pencil, are they draughting leads are something else... I'm in Oz, so I looking for an Oz equivalent. -- Melinda http://cust.idl.com.au/athol |
