are made with ALUMINUM base metal (except the large cap/flat
top--which is brass with serrated edge/scores for easy setting).
Aluminum will not rust, it is a light weight metal perfect for
scrapbooks and paper crafts! All of our eyelets are sprayed with a
clear coat lacquer after painting. You will see a bright, clear shine
with our eyelets that you may not find with other eyelet brands! We
use standard gauge metal ONLY. Other eyelets use lighter gauge metal
which can literally crush in your hand!
