quality tie or pocket square silks in NYC?

Hi,

I am searching in New York City for medium- to high-quality elegant silk
fabrics -- the kind that makes ties and pocket squares -- of traditional
prints, such as paisley or foulard.

I have not found these fabrics at any of the Garment District fabric
merchants I visited on 38s, 39s, and 40s between 7A and 8A.

Do any of you sell or know where I can buy such fabrics in New York City?
