First College Day...

Well, I had my first day of my patchwork/quilting course yesterday, and it
was really good. I am going to make a sampler quilt. Seeing as the only
thing I have ever made was a wall hanging (which I just need to finish off)
this could be fun.

And its all hand sewing too. Not paper-pieced, but hand sewn all the same.

Looks like I'll be in for a fun time. (with this, my fashion course and my
soft furnishings course - I think I'll be a busy bunny).

I am taking the course at my local college. Its an adult education college
and it offers a complete range of things. My fashion course is at a
different college locally.
