Default Everyone PLEASE READ!! :)

I didn't mark this OT because I wanted everyone to read it.
There is a message from my aunt at the end of this little update. I'd like
for everybody to read it.

Delivery went well today. She was in a good mood, but acting shy, so she
really didn't seem all that interested in the quilt. Wouldn't you know it
though, as soon as everybody left, she made a big fuss over it and fell
asleep with it. LOL.

I must say that the quilt is GORGEOUS! I see that Diana posted her picture
of it, but you should see the backside...all the Disney princesses!

She had her necklace on for awhile too. For some reason she pulled it off.
Thankfully, beads didn't go everywhere. A crimp just gave out. So I have to
come up with a better way to fix it.

I guess the local paper is wanting to do a piece about her and the Make A
Wish project. When/if it comes out in the paper, I'll post it if anyone
wants to see it.

Anyhoo...here's the message from my aunt to everyone here...

" I would like to thank everyone for beautiful quilt that was put

together for Rebekah. She really loves princesses. She was able to make a
wish with The Make A Wish Foundation. She chose to have a princess room.
She requested a canopy bed, tv, cd player and her list goes on. They will
be doing that for her on the 30th. She will be going back into the hospital
that day for her 4th round of chemo. So, she will get to come home to her
new room!
Also, thanks for all the money that was donated. It will help out quite
a bit.
Thank you too Rachel for doing your part. I really don't know how to
thank everyone enough."

YAY!!! Mission complete....well...no, I guess that's not totally accurate, either,
but it sure feels good to give a little one so much pleasure when she's feeling so
icky.

Rachel

what a nice day ...

sunshine for everyone here in the Miami Valley -- and the warmth of knowing
that so many RCB'ers made a little Princess happy and warm..

This IS a wonderful group of people....

Thanks for the Update Rachel! I hope we get to see the Princess' room! I
know it will be beautiful! I love the image of the princess, asleep, with
her quilt.

This just warms my heart. That quilt is beautiful and more than
fitting for The Princess.
