Budapest Glassblowing
Does anyone know of any glassblowers in Budapest? I recall hearing a
while back that quite a bit of the commercial pieces around Europe are made there, but don't know any names. I'm planning a trip there in a few weeks and would love to see some of their hotshops. Thanks in advance. |

It was mainly a cutting shop, and I am not sure whether they blew any glass on site. I have a feeling that it was called Budapest No.1 Glass Factory, but I could be wrong. The cutting was incredibly intricate, by the way. -- Terry Harper http://www.terry.harper.btinternet.co.uk/ |
