Mike Firth's Web Site II
Apparently, in moving the files to a new server, the file names are case
sensitive, which means a lot of my internal links are not going to work. If a file does not load, look at the top line of the browser and if the file name is all caps or a mix i.e. GLORYHOL.HTM, change that part to lowercase and it should work.
