Default Treadle sewing machine

Yep, I'm still the sole bidder - just hope that didn't jinx it!
Keeping my fingers crossed!

Will make the trip on next Saturday, stop to have breakfast with one
friend, lunch with another, flowers to my mother's grave, and
definitely stop to see Dawn and Patrick [Twinmom and I know the owners
of Creation Station in Buellton, CA].

Make a day of it!

Yipppeee skipppeeeee! Yep, Shirley. I just paid for her via PayPal. I
had decided earlier in the day to up my maximum bid "just in case"

A message has been sent to the sellers to ask them which of the next
two weekends works best for them for a drive to pick her up.

Now, I am serious about selling some of my older machines. This new
beauty puts the count back up to 8 machines. Hmm, keep the 401A, FW,
the 15-91 knockoff named "Scout", and the treadle. Have to keep the
401A, it's the only one I have with more than a straight stitch

WAY TO GO GINGER!!!!!!!!!!
Now drive carefully and enjoy your new friend.

Butterfly (Once you get her set up, we might do a 'quilt project' together
on our treadles. I would LOVE it if I did something on it. Now just might be
the time: ) )

Okay, my cyber friends!
this is up on eBay. I had it bookmarked, then it was relisted at a
lower [!!] price. I have wanted a treadle for so long. My sister has
my mother's and won't allow me to have it ;( "It's a nice reminder of
when things were simpler"

Should I bid on it? Santa Maria is not that far from me - about 100
miles.

It's a short-time listing, and that is probably a good thing for me,
so I don't lose a lot of sleep on it. Don't know anything about this
brand but the cabinet is in real good shape!

Thanks for looking,

I'll second that. Go to www.treadleon.net . Lots of great folks that
will help you out. A great resource for parts if you need any....
Lots of fun block exchanges using the old machines....
