Hi Laura,
Welcome to the group! I live on the East coast, so can't help you knitting clubs in Santa Barbara. But, maybe you could check with your local yarn stores. They'll probably be able to help. There is also something called International Knitting Meetup Day. If you go to the website http://knitting.meetup.com, you might be also able to find a local group. Janise, in Pittsford, NY
