Christmas earrings

I've wanted to make some of these Swarovski earrings for years, but never
had the right beads. I plan on making a bunch of these for small gifts this
year:

Now if I was a girl, I'd wear those and be proud! Those are so neat....
But, I'm a guy and have no holes poked in my ears.... I have a big one that
goes thru my head from ear to ear though!

Light. She had plenty of extra, so she sold me some.

What is "Rainbows of Light"??

I love the earrings but what is the technical term? Are they rondelles
or flat doughnuts or what? We might have to have Christmas a bit earlier
due to a family members illness and they would be an ideal gift for the
women of the family.
