if I remember right - in 4-H - our first project was an apron. But they
don't use aprons today. A potholder would be fabulous. -- http://community.webshots.com/user/snigdibbly SNIGDIBBLY ~e~ " / \ http://members.ebay.com/aboutme/snigdibbly. http://www.ebaystores.com/snigdibbly...ox&refid=store "Debra" wrote in message ... If they are so inclined, what about sewing little things for babies or other
children for charity? There are slippers, scarves and hats from fleece that are quick, easy and they might enjoy knowing they are making something the keep a child warm that otherwise might not be. And they could easily make some for themselves as well. http://www.4ormore.co.uk/projects/fleecehats.htm http://www.marthastewart.com/page.jh...catid=cat41 4 for cute hats. http://www.marthastewart.com/page.jh...ent&id=tvs8813 for a kitty scarf http://www.barlowscientific.com/tech...me/mittens.htm for mittens And I have hordes of patterns saved and converted to .pdf files for things like this, so if you are interested in more stuff, ask me and I probably have it saved on my computer! -- Debi Ever stop to think, and forget to start again?
