MS Excel file for John Flynn backing formula

I just finished creating an MS Excel spreadsheet to use in figuring out the formula used for John Flynn's diagonally-pieced backing method. It includes calculations for how much you want the backing to extend around the quilt and for the seam allowance.

I'd be glad to email it to anyone who requests it. I wish I knew how to give you my email without inviting a shipload of spam... If you're in the directory and email me, please include Flynn in the subject line.

Heidi.....I would really like the formula for J. FLynn's backing...I either read or
saw him demonstrate it once and thought it very clever !
