The "orange-handled F" name is not actually on the scissors or the packaging
but I bought a case of them and the shipping box had "Fiskars" on the
outside (it was "drop-shipped"). They were manufactured by Fiskars for craft
kits sold under the name Wooly Moose. They have many uses: keep several
pairs
around the house for cutting paper, scrapbooking, crafts, sewing,
embroidery, crochet, knitting, needlepoint, beading etc.

Use for gifts, stocking stuffers, thank yous to your friends and customers!
