Don't have an exact source there for you, other than to direct you to the company web
site,
http://www.swarovski.com/index/

I'd suggest you use the "contact us" link on that site to inquire where and how to best
buy their products.

Understand that Swarovski is not just a type of product. It's a company and brand name
of a major manufacturer longl known for high quality merchandise of a number of types.
The company was founded in Austria, and I believe is still based there, though of course
they will now have sales offices all over the world, and are likely manufacturing in
more places than the original factories in Austria. But if you actually want their
product, rather than some imitator or competitor, I'd guess you might as well just
contact the company directly...

thx peter for your advice, I believe I can't get wrong to call the
manufacturer, the reason I ask that is becos I heard that there are a
lot of different places that wholesale swarovski beads in hk and china
and they charge in pounds, I don't know if I get it right or not, and
I don't really know whether they are fake ones or not as it's really
hard to identify, but mainly I just want to make my own bracelets and
little animals that I see available everywhere in the mall for sale.

Hi, Peter, I went thru the site and seems like they are just regular
stores selling swarovski products, when it gets down to the beads, I
know there's so many websites selling it, should I go for those ones?
how do I identify if they are selling real ones or not? much
appreciated your help.

Because, as a fine jeweler, I generally use genuine stones, I don't have good
recommendations about where you should buy the glass/crystal ones. You are right, there
are many sources. But this is why I thought you should contact the manufacturer. While
their web site may list mainly retail sales, directly from the site, you still can ask
the manufacturer to suggest appropriate distributors. Certainly, they'd know who their
main distributors are, and an email question to them, I should think, aught to get you a
decent answer. If not, you're no worse off than you are now...

Note too, that while many web sites may sell things, there is no particular reason why
the internet should be a cheaper source. In fact, most internet outlets of most
products tend to be aimed at the retail buyers. If you are looking to buy at the
wholesale level, it's quite possible that the best sources may NOT be online. Some
wholesalers I can think of, in the jewelry industry, make buying from them, especially
online, somewhat difficult, in order to discourage sales to retail buyers, which would
not be fair to their wholesale customers.

Hi, Peter, much appreciated, I successfully got some wholesaler
information by calling swarovski customer service. I believe I will
never find those wholesalers w/o calling them, much appreciated again.
