Here is a wonderful site that shows ATCs, stamped, computer generated and
more. Several different craft and art genres have started using ATC's. They
are small and use less materials, though not necessarily less time. I have a
binder full of swapped TCs that I use when teaching to show folks the
variety of things to be done with stamps.

ATC: Artistic Trading Cards
They are the same size as traditional baseball cards.

How cool. Do you have a website where I could see what some look like?

Thanks,

Marion

Oh, thanks!

I've been out of the loop this year, art-wise (doing more performance
than graphical art) and hadn't run across the concept, but just reading
the page is making me jump up and down with excitement. I am *sooo*
going to be playing with this idea...

This is very cool; I see a lot of possibilities here. That might just shake
me out of the doldrums...

thanks,

2.5"x3.5" (64x89mm) the same size as a baseball trading card, according to
the Web site.

Hello, sorry I forgot to get back after posting about trading cards.
Hope everyone has as much fun with them as I do!
I posted a few of my recent cards on my website, along with a
link for a printable template.
See http://www.freewebs.com/lukabara/creativeexpression.htm
I was thinking about including my address there in case anyone
wants to trade... What do you think? There are a lot of crazies
out there! LOL!
Keep creating!

Hello to all~
I just joined the newsgroup recently... My name is Alisa (lisa for

short).
I didn't make Christmas cards either this year. And I don't have a good
storage system for my stamps, so I packed up everything that normally sits
on my studio/dining room table. Otherwise we couldn't have a real

Christmas
dinner. ;-)
So last night I pulled out the boxes of stamps I had packed away and got

out
my "scraplings" --you know those little bits -n- pieces of papers. I had

a
ball making ATCs. I love those things!!! :-)
Give it a try; I think it's a fun way to get out of a slump. ~Alisa, in

I am in a major stamping slump. Except for letterboxing, I haven't put

stamp
to ink in months. Any ideas how to get out of the slump? I didn't even

make
Christmas cards...

Marion
