Default rub ons

Joanne, I have never had any trouble with the rub-ons not drying. The
ones I've used seemed to be dry right away.

Stupid question....but what's a rub on? Is it like when you use rubbing
alcohol to transfer a photocopied picture? Or is this a product you're
talking about (which I'm sure I'll have to run out and buy the moment
you tell me about it!!)?

Hi Jennifer, rub-ons are small palettes of about 7 colors which are creamy
and exist in 4 different palettes of colors. You rub them on and they have
gorgeous colors...... lots of shine as well. You can use them on cards or on
anything you want really.

Hugs from France,
Joanne
