OT Catalog resolution

Praise Fire Mountain Gems and Beads! Praise them with great praise!

I got the white sale catalog today, and since Ash is home sick from
school I didn't get to so much as glance at it. He loves their
catalogs with a passion that is seldom equaled among even quilters
with new quilt shop catalogs.
Being very frustrated by this, since I would like to make an order
sometimes and have no end of trouble navigating their website, I
called them. I asked if they could send some catalog overruns or
offprints for Ash. After hearing what the problem was they came up
with a very simple resolution to the problem, They are going to send
him his very own copy of every single catalog and sale flyer in
addition to sending me my own. He is going to be one happy boy, and I
am going to actually be able to shop the catalog.

Way better experience with this than I had with H of P. Ash loves
their catalogs too. But they not only got nasty with me when I made a
similar request, they dropped me from the mailing list. Pity, they
have a great selection and some very good prices. But I think I will
spend my money elsewhere. I do wish they would do something about
their customer service.
