OT Doctor's Visit

My mother died in March. In April I had to have Shoulder surgery because the
bone in my shoulder was dying and it needed scraped. The pain doctor Igor to
treated me terrible about my surgery and I complained to him about my
previous office visit and he had me in a room yelling at me for about 10
minutes. Every time I tried to talk he would yell over me and tell me I
wasn't right. I told him I worried for 12 days. He told that it wasn't
normal to worry about something that hasn't happen yet. Then all of a sudden
he stop yelling at me and he looked at his nurse and said I think she needs
physiological help. I knew I better not try to say anything else or he would
try to commit me. Then he asked if I made the appointment just to yell at
him or was it for my regular visit. I said it is for my regular visit and I
want it now. I had been cry the whole time I was in there. He said I had to
go back out in the waiting room to cool down. I said I already waited 2
hours and I don't need to cool down. He said if you don 't I do. He left the
room and told thenurseto have me go to the waiting room. I told her I wasn't
going out there for one reason I was crying. He yelled out if she won't go
then call the police. I went out in the room. I told everyone waiting what
happened. One guy said he saw the doctor flip and physical throw a man out
because he complained about the 2 hour wait. I told him I complained about
how I was treated at my last visit. I then went out and called my husband.
He came down and we b both went in to get my appointment. I needed to get my
regular pain medicine I get from him every month. I said I was there for my
appointment. The nurse called me back. She stayed in the room and my husband
sat down on a chair. The doctor came in and said stand up to start the
examination. The door was open. Which with HIPPA you can't examine someone
with the door open. So my husband went over shut the door put his hands in
his pockets and said," Before you start I think you owe my wife an apology."
He pushed past me grabbed my husband by his shoulders and physically shoved
my husband out of the way pushed the door against my husband and yelled "f"
you "F" you I'm not apologizing to anyone this is private property get out.
Call the police. When the police came he told the police officer he want my
husband arrested . The officer told him he couldn't arrest my husband d
because he attack my husband. Then he told the office,"I am an ex Army
ranger and a Black Belt in Karate and I could have "F" him up if I wanted
to."

I can't sleep since then . I tried to find a lawyer the county bar
association told me they couldn't find me one because all the ones in the
county use this doctor for disability cases. They told me to try a lawyer
from a different county, I haven't found one to take my case. I think they
wouldn't make much money from it. Then I got a bill from my insurance
company where he billed my insurance for an office visit then an extended
visit. They told me I would have to pay the $20.00co-pay. I told them they
are crazy. I was never examined. They said he had to do 2 out of 3 things. 1
a history review. The nurse did that. 2 and examination, which they agreed
they didn't;'t do. 3 medical discion making which my insurance company said
because he was planning on giving me pills that was considered to be medical
decision making. They called him and he is changing the code on the one
office visit. But they are still saying I have to pay the co-pay.Does it
make sense that you get thrown out of a doctor office like that and he can
bill you and get away with this mess. I am having a terrible time dealing
with this. I called my family doctor about getting sleeping pills.

Also my 31 year old son moved back home he has ADD, bi-polar, and sever
depression, all I hear from my husband is he doesn't do anything around
here.I try to explain to my husband that it is just like having a child born
with any other birth defects, it's just you can't see his. But, you can
definitely tell them.

have been put through the wringer by a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL "professional".
I think I'd get the word out via the grapevine (if not via legal action).
He is totally undeserving of the term "Doctor", IMHO.

Find a lawyer, F*@& up that jackass doctor, and get his licence revoked. I
don't care who uses him for disability, he needs to be reprimanded at the
very least and go to jail for a very long time. Grrrr............
