Default Anyone familiar with BeadCreatorPro3?

Hey everyone!
I am really excitead to be here and to discuss my obsession with
creating with beads! I am fairly new to using BeadCreatorPro3 and was
wondering if any of you have used it? I just finished designing my
first pattern. I started stitching it in Brick stitch, and noticed
that my "pattern" is coming out squatty and wide, and not looking like
it does on the programs "design field". Has anyone ever had this
happen to them, and how can i correct this from happening next time?

Thanks..............BeadyBoyfriend "Richard"

From the pictures on their website, they seem to use "beads" that are
square. Real life beads are a bit oblong, so something designed on a square
grid in brick stitch will get stretched out in its horizontal dimension.

This seems to be a problem with some of the programs out there. Two that do
give beads proper proportions are BeadCellar and my own BeadWizard, as did
BeadScape (for older Macs, no longer available).

I suppose, that if your program gives you the ability to export your pattern
to an image format, you could then manipulate that image to stretch it a bit
and see what your design will look like in beads. That doesn't make the
actual designing any easier, though.
