Default Quilty quotations

As I mentioned earlier, I'm the editor for our guild newsletter for next
year. I need some quilty quotations to put here & there in the newsletter.

Any suggestions? Any other ideas of things to use?

Thanks!

Hope these help some!

I found this one on ThinkExist:

"How much piecin' a quilt's like living a life...The Lord sends us
the pieces, but we can cut 'em out and put 'em together pretty much to
suit ourselves..."

Quilt Quotes by Denise:

Old quilts speak volumes.

Beautiful quilts from old scraps grow.

And Build A Button had the following:

Quilters come with strings attached.

Quilters aren't greedy, they're just materialistic.

Quilting with a friend will keep you in stitches.

When life gives you scraps - make a quilt.

Quilters never cut corners.

Quilts are like friends - a great source of comfort and warmth.

Quilt 'til you wilt!

Old quilters never die, they just go to pieces.

Old quilters never die, they just go batts.

Our lives are like quilts - bits and pieces, joy and sorrow, stitched
with love.

Blessed are the children of the piecemakers for they shall inherit the
quilts!

I am a quilter and my house is in pieces.

Those who sleep under a quilt sleep under a blanket of love.

May your sorrows be patched and your joys quilted.

In the crazy quilt of life, I'm glad you're in my block of friends.

Quilting is my passion...chocolate comes in a close second.

Here's one that is not 'quilty' but is motivation!
I can't recall where I read it, so not attribution.

"Orville Wright was not a licensed pilot."
