Default Glass Tubing

Hi there!

I am trying to get set up to start doing some glass blowing, and so
I'm trying to obtain some soda lime and borosilicate glass tubing.
I've tried scientific glass supply companies but they either won't
supply to private customers or you must have an order minimum of £100.
I am wondering if anybody knows of a supplier of such material in
smaller quantities either a national distributor in the UK or
somewhere local to where I am (York, UK). I don't want to make big
payouts for materials (£100 is big to me) until at least I know better
the materials I hope to work with.
Many thanks,

Samantha.

Have you tried Plowden & Thompson. http://www.plowden-thompson.com/ or
check out some of the suppliers links at www.cgs.org.uk
