Huichol beading with beeswax

I just recently took a short class on Huichol wax beading technique.
I have made one small bowl and enjoy it so much that I want to try
more.
I haven't been able to find any information on how to make the
beeswax/pine pitch mixture that you set the beads in.

Do you know anywhere that I can find out how to make my own beeswax
mixture for doing the Huichol type wax beading?

Any help would be appreciated.

I tried to reply earlier - and got bumped off line - so don't know if you got
my reply.

I do not know of a recipe...
but I know that there is a pre-mixed product (which is supposedly even better
than the natural stuff) that you can buy.

it's called Beadswax .... lots of places sell it..

I found several websites with it - this was a good price....

in google and you'll find a lot of sites.
It is on my list of "things to try" too...

I have bought some "Tackee Wax" and it is great. I have a lot of
beeswax at home and I would love to experiment with it if I can find
out what else (and how much of it) to mix into the beeswax.
