Very cool Estelle! They certainly shine with the purple...the yellow and

Yikes - what have I missed? How do you do these - they look so cool!

What a lively quilt! Maybe you could find some Mardi
Gras fabric for the back or the borders. Green, Gold,
Purple = M.G. theme colors. PAT

I tried the new way to piece curves as KJ has shown us. I have always
steered clear of them, but this is great. I made some and decided I liked
doing them and then chopped them up as I did'nt like the colours on their
own( Yellow and green) they had to have some purple!! lol You can see the
top only WH in the 1st folder I think.

The curvy lines in the purple fabric echo the piecing! Very nice.

The instructions are on the HGTV site.
www.hgtv.com near the top of the page click on "videos"
in the search video box...put in Simply Quilts
scroll through the video list (look near the top of the video list and keep
clicking "next 10" until you get to # 68
(they don't make it easy to find! And this is the instruction part of the
show....the other segments are spread through out the list...they aren't
consecutive....THAT would be TOO EASY!)
but this is the part of the show you want for the instructions. have fun!

Estelle,

They are great. What glue did you use as in the U.K we can't get the one
that Kathyl mentioned.
You have inspired me to have a go now!

That is brilliant - thanks. I thought we just had to be grateful for
what we were given, and that once they were changed they were gone.

But we have a choice!

Yes, there are more to choose from than are posted on the "Simply Quilts
Channel" on the site. It's all very strange if you ask me. By looking at
individual videos, it's tricky to find the consecutive segments to see a
whole show as they aren't all put in sequence. But better than nothing, I
guess!
