Do you speak German? (or could be Dutch?)

I printed out a pp pattern, and here is what it says on the first page
(there are several umlauts but I don't know how to make them):

Nahreihenfolge:
(nur eine Methode, keine Gewahr, daB es die Beste ist)

Entweder Stoff falten und Teil A so auflegen (in dem Fall die Nahtzugabe
nicht berucsichtigen)
daB man ein groBes Teil ohne Naht ausschneiden kann.
Ansonsten Teil A und Teil A ' zusammennahen.

Teil B nach der PaperFoundationPiecing-Methode nahen.
Teil B liegt unten. Teil A rechts auf rechts mit Stecknadeln draufstecken
und nahen.
Als letztes liegt Teil C unten, Teil AB wird rechts auf rechts draufgesteckt
und genabt.

On the second page it says this:

Vorlage ist geteilt. damit sie auf das Papier passt

Here is what I came up with from an online translator:
Close sequence:
(only one method, no aware of ones, daB it the best one is)
Either material fold and part of A then present (in the case the seam
addition
not berucsichtigen)
daB one a rough part without seam to cut out can.
Otherwise part of A and part of A ' togethernear.
Part B according to the PaperFoundationPiecing method approach.
Part B lies down. Part A right on right with pins draufstecken
and approach.
As the latter part of C lies down, Part right on right one draufgesteckt OFF
and towards abbott.
On the second PAGE it says this:
Collecting main is divided. so that it fits on the paper

it's German - the umlauts are the giveaway if you see them on a webpage ;-)

in outlook/word you press " then instantly type the letter the umlaut
belongs over : ü ö

basically she is telling you how to paper piece the pieces

then on the second she says the example is split so it fits on the paper

I'm certain some one who speaks better German than I do can be more
specific - I just get the gist of German - but then it is my 4th language
in relation to how good I am at it lol
